Rates:

Hourly Rate ...........................$40.00
Block Rates ............................$100.00 (3 hour blocks)
Day Rate $250............................. (8 hr max)
Weekend Special: $500..................(Includes 3 Hours Fri Nite and Full Day on Sat & Sunday)

Project Rates:

Full Length CD or other extended
recording project rates are also available.

Payment:

Payment is expected at sessions end unless other
arrangements have been made in advance.

Policies and Procedures:

Sessions are billable in pro-rated ½ hour blocks from booked
time in until time out. It is the responsibility of the client to
arrive on time.

There is a 2-hour minimum for all sessions. Sessions
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50
rescheduling fee at the studios discretion.

Studio is not responsible for client equipment, instruments
or tapes left at the studio. Any recording media left for more than
one year becomes studio property.

By booking a session client understands and agrees to all
policies and terms stated above.

Safety copies of final mixes or back-up of multi-track masters
are billed based on time and materials used.
